Hi Manika
To answer your first question , as mentioned earlier by Rahul also, the Procore, which has started its operations in Delhi recently is decent one . You can go through this website for more details:
www.procore.in/
Regarding the preparation strategy, what I believe is it depends solely on an individual. Some people are more comfortable understanding things from others, some are more comfortable trying to get a hold of the topic themselves. So you should go for the strategy which you think best suits your style. It may be either of the above 2 or a mix of the two.
Well, regarding me, I went for the second strategy i.e self study. As mentioned earlier also the first level is not that difficult and 3-4 hrs daily study for 3-4 months can do the trick .
One needs to make sure that, there is ample time left for the revision (depending on person to person) as the syllabus is quite vast and especially ethics part since questions are tricky.
Doing one or more sample question papers helps a lot, as we come to know our weak areas which we can work on and also the kind of questions we can expect . I hope it helps ..!!
Best of luck for your studies ... !!
've a good day ..!!
