were three sections aptitude,english and logical reasoning...wid no
sectional cut off and negative marking.(dat made it damn easy).....
After dat we were shortlisted fr interviews.......
INTERVIEW:
The whole process was of 3 rounds technical,managerial and HR.....
technical ws damn easy.....dey just luk fr sm basic knowledge of ur subjects...nthin else....
u must have a comlete hold on d projects done by u n trainin dat u went under......

Mine went like dis:
Q :Introduce urself !(ws expected:) .
A: I gave him d same...n guys there u can make ur first impression....jst b confident.....
then he went through my resume n all...
Q: Ur favourite subject?
A: There ws nthn like favourite....i said i like all my subjects.....there s nthin like d favourite one...
He asked some ques frm diffrent subjects.....
Q: What are protocols and IP addresses?
Q: What is a signal?
Q: Tell me something bout 8051.......
Q: U have done ur project in 8051.....tell me somethin bout it.........(dey will catch u on ur project...do remember)
Q; So u did ur trainin frm nokia siemens.....wt did u learn frm there.......

Actually i had nt done ne kinda trainin...still i hv worked on it a
lot...of my own....so i managed to convince dem somehow..dat i knew
everythin of it..........bt it ws hard...
Q:Howz is ur programming skill in C language?
A: Just tell him frankly where u stand.....
Q:Here you have mentioned dat u are a national level player.....tell me somethin bout dat......
( in between he switched over to d HR ques.....so don worry jst keep answerin......)
they like d ppl havn intrest i dese kinda activities...dere i realized dat......)
Q:Biggest challenged u faced so far in collg?
A: Tell him somethn great dat u did in collg...whether its gr8 fr dem or nt...it should b gr8 fr u....n dat s wt i did.....
so finally i was over with it.....
Then i got my second call ....n it ws HR again...
He asked sm ques bout the things i wrote in my resume.........
n ppl b sure bout wt u hv written over there.......dont try to fool them.....m telling u it wont work.....
he just asked a simple ques.....
Q: Whos there in ur family?

and last round ws d managerial round.....bt i got HR ques over there too........
it was taken by their HR head....she ws a lady in 30's...n was quite impressive......
Q:Are u comfrtable wid us makin u work newhere in india or abroad...
A: I said yes widout ne thought.....
next day result was annonced ....n i ws among d selected ones......
so guys jst be confident bout ur self.....
