CIL Club is a platform for students to develop strong interpersonal skills. In
this era of cut throat competition, one cannot sit around idle. Professional
colleges have become a place to gather technical knowledge, but have often left
it for the students to develop their interpersonal skills to succeed in the
tough world outside. The aim of this club is to provide its members a medium to
share, learn, organize and excel.
The Mock Placement Drive is an initiative by the members of the CLUB chapter in your college. This activity will be organized by the Club members and will provide a platform for the juniors to interact with seniors who have been placed in companies visiting their campus. This will give you an exposure of where you
stand and what more is required for you to fare well in the placements.
Process

Group Discussion
Through a
group discussion, a company generally tries to capture the ability of a
candidate to conduct him / her in a team. The next stage for the mock placement
drive will be a Group Discussion. The Panel will include seniors from your
college or Industry people who have been placed in companies of repute.

Interviews
The
last stage is a one on one interview with the Company panel. Through this round,
the company officials try to know more about the candidate, their technical,
interpersonal and social abilities. They judge whether the candidate will be a
suitable fit for their company and the role offered. The culmination stage for
the Mock Placement drive will be Personal Interviews. The interviews will be
conducted by your seniors or Industry experts who have been placed in companies of
repute.
