Once a shortlist is created, the company will generally conduct a Telephonic / Face to Face interview to access a candidate’s level of understanding post which offers will be rolled out.

How to make payment for the Internship Fair?

Answer: There are many ways to make payment for Internship Fair –

·        Payment to CareerInfoline Account: CareerInfoLine has bank account with Axis Bank on the name of “Mukat Bihari Gupta”. Complete Bank Details are given below :

Now Payment to CareerInfoline A/C can be done as –

1.     Cash Deposit:

§  Visit the nearby Branch of ICICI Bank Branch.

§  Deposit the cash in above mentioned CIL Bank Account Number.

§  Take the receipt. Send us the photo of that receipt along with your registration ID by email.

2.     Net Banking: For this, you need to have your net banking account.

§   Login into your bank’s netbanking account

§  Add CareerInfoLine as payee by providing above mentioned bank details

§  Make Payment.

§  In case your bank is non-ICICI bank, you need to choose the3rd party transfer option.

In the Payment Remarks, please mention your registered Mobile / telephone number. This will be used for tracking payment. Send us Receipt generated during Net Banking by Email.

What is the importance of Registration Id?

Answer: Registration Id is the unique Number assigned to each student on registration for Internship Fair. Student need to mention this registration Id in subject for any communication with CareerInfoLine.

What is an Internship Test?

Answer: Internship Evaluation Test is conducted by CareerInfoLine to judge a student’s skills. Test contains 3 Sections –

·        Aptitude 

·        Verbal Reasoning

·        Technical : concepts of C / C++ 

o    Technical test is Mandatory for only those Students who are looking for Internship in software companies

Duration for the Test is 1 Hour.

Do I get a guaranteed Internship if I score well in the Internship Test?

Answer: If you score well, you have more chances of getting Internship in a company; though scoring in the test is not the only criterion for bagging an Internship. We try to provide every good performing student with as much opportunity as possible to get an Internship in companies.

How to appear for Internship Test?

Answer: There are 2 ways to appear for Internship Evaluation Test. Student can choose any one -

• Online Test: Test will be open from 24^th March 2012, till 31^st March 2012. Students having Internet Connection at their computer can appear for Test in Online Mode. Students will be provided, the Hyperlink to Internship Test through e-mail once Payment is confirmed.

• Offline Test : Test will be conducted on 25^th March, 2012 at below Test Centres –
• DELHI : Vidya Bhawan , Bangla Sahib Road , Cannaught Place, New Delhi
• NOIDA:  Lord Mahveera School, Near Brahmaputra Market, Sector – 29, Noida
• CHANDIGARH:  Shri Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Sector-35B, Chandigarh

Students will be issued Admit Card, once their Payment is confirmed and they need to bring this admit card with them at Test Center.

I want to take the Online Test. From where should I appear for it?

Answer: We generally recommend students to appear for an Offline test if a center is available in your city. For all other people they can take an online test based on their convenience. A student can take online test from any location for one hour online test. You can take it from home, cyber café etc.

What if the connection breaks down in between, while taking test from home?

Answer: As mentioned above internet connection is important while taking test. In case you fear the power failure at home, plan to take the test from any cyber cafe or a center where power failure is not an issue.

We have adequate controls to ensure that breakage of Internet connection is not a problem. Our Testing technology enables that once you start the test, the entire test is downloaded in your system in fraction of a second and hence the entire duration for which the test lasts does not require the Internet Connection. Once you are done with the test and are submitting it, please ensure to click the submit button only when the Internet connection is up and running.

How do I get informed about any update on Fair if registered?
