Colleges become breeding grounds for innovators and future thinkers. Every year thousands of students develop smart technical projects during their college. Tech Blitz, a national level technical project competition aims to find and felicitate these young innovators. Its aim is to find the best technical projects of the country.

www.CareerInfoline.com invites all students currently pursuing Engineering, BCA or MCA to be part of this three month long technical extravaganza.

About the Event

Tech Blitz – 2010 will see students from all around the country competing against each other for the title of Best Software Technical Project in India. These projects will be judged by an industry panel. The projects will be judged based on certain industrial parameters used to develop projects in industry.

Eligibility

This event is open for all students currently pursuing Engineering, BCA or MCA. Students studying in first to final year can compete in this contest. Students of all branches can participate. Participating students can submit software and IT projects only. Technology or language used for development can be any, project can solve any problem. It is all open, thus it would be more fun and more challenging.

Participants:
Attractive cash, rewards and other benefits for the National winners.
Rewards and other benefits for the Zonal champions.
Rewards on abstract selection for Zonal championship.

Other benefits include profile display on CareerInfoline site with project displays for pan India. Opportunity to become founding member of All India Technical club SANKALP in your college, a platform to interact with industry mentors which will help you grow professionally and boost your career.

Organizers:
Promoters will get rewards worth thousands on promoting this event in their college. Zone wise best performer profile will be published and will be the city/college coordinator of Sankalp.

The contest will be a three month long affair starting from August – October 2010. This event will be conducted in three phases. The details of each phase is mentioned below

Important Dates

Phase 1 – Registration & Abstract Submission

Start of Registration: 1st August 2010

End of Registration: 15th September 2010

Last date for Project Abstract Submission: 15th September 2010

Declaration of Phase 1 Results: 25th September 2010

Phase 2 – Zonal Championship

Last date for Project presentation submission: 5th October 2010

Zonal Championship: 9-10 October 2010

Phase 3 – National Championship

Last date for Project presentation submission: 20th October 2010

National Championship: 23-24 October 2010
