CareerInfoline team always strives to realize its vision of creating mass awareness about career choices and providing a platform which encourages students to find and pursue their dreams. Sankalp is one of our many endeavors to facilitate our shared journey towards a better tomorrow.

 

What is Sankalp? 

We aim to build Sankalp as a national level student run non-profit organization with local chapters across various colleges in India. Sankalp will provide a national level platform to students to create a positive impact on the society and in the process enable them to hone their leadership and team skills through various events and projects.

Being part of Sankalp

Initially CIL team will recruit a team in your college by conducting telephonic/personal interviews. Once the local team in the college gains more confidence and exposure in handling projects, all responsibilities including recruiting would be transferred to the Sankalp team in that college.

Sankalp experience and exposure

At Sankalp each member will be the owner of his or her own learning experience. CIL team will work closely with its partners and NGOs to define projects and events. It would also provide opportunities to collaborate with Sankalp chapters in other colleges.

A brief overview of what you could expect:

• Conducting career awareness seminars in colleges
• Training college juniors
  
• Organizing city level events and workshops
• Creating a strategic plan for Sankalp activities throughout the Year
• Running a recruitment process at campus
• Representing your chapter in national level conferences
• Mentoring younger members to provide supportive environment for personal growth
• Organizing information and experience  sharing sessions at schools and colleges
